“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.” -John 1:5
Please join us for Christmas Eve worship tonight at 6pm. We’ll share a service of lessons and carols and candlelight. And all are invited to stay after for a potluck reception!
All are invited to join us for worship this Sunday, the fourth Sunday of Advent, as the children and youth of Oak Hill Presbyterian Church will lead us in worship with this year’s Christmas Program, an original work from Darrell Yearwood called, Let There Be Peace on Earth.
Then stay after worship for the Presbyterian Women’s cookie and craft sale.
And don’t forget to come back at 3:30pm for caroling in the neighborhood. Merry Christmas!
Join us this Sunday for worship at 11am as we celebrate the coming of our Lord in music with this year’s Christmas Cantata. Then stay after for an open community conversation on Ferguson. Oh, and, Pastor Erin is making brownies. God is good! All the time!
The holiday season is hard on those of us who are lonely, hurting or mourning.
You’re not alone.
Join us on Thursday night 12/11 at 7pm for a different kind of worship service.
We will sing and pray and read scripture and lament. It’s okay to be sad here. It’s okay to be angry here. It’s okay to remember here. It’s okay to be exactly as you are.
Update: For those who were unable to attend tonight’s service, the worship bulletin can be viewed here, or you can pick on up in the back of the sanctuary on Sunday.
